Celebrating 10 Years in Texas
Downtown Indianapolis Healthcare Campus
American Structurepoint teamed with a general contractor to design and construct the first phase of the transformative Indiana University Health downtown hospital project. To launch the 44-acre healthcare development into motion, eight categories of utilities required relocation, including storm sewer, sanitary sewer, drinking water, chilled water, steam, natural gas, electric, and telecommunication lines. One of the project’s more complex components involved removing a 66-inch storm sewer 20 feet below a major downtown intersection and installing a new 72-inch storm sewer.
