Dearborn County Bridge Number 55 – Bridge Replacement

American Structurepoint provided environmental services in compliance with NEPA for replacing the non-select, National Register-eligible steel truss bridge carrying Collier Ridge Road over West Fork Tanners Creek.

Environmental services included a CE 4, Section 106 Adverse Effect, Section 4(f) ‘de minimis’, Noise Analysis, and public involvement. This project required an in-depth understanding of the Historic Bridge Programmatic Agreement and an analysis of alternatives.

The project also required a public hearing in accordance with FHWA guidelines, and included stream and wetlands investigation, permitting, and mitigation.
