David and Bonnie Brunner Purdue Veterinary Medical Hospital Complex

American Structurepoint provided civil/site design services for the $108 million David and Bonnie Brunner Purdue Veterinary Medical Hospital Complex. The 162,500-sft complex on 13 acres houses three facilities: an equine hospital for horses, a farm animal hospital, and a small animal hospital.

 

It also includes space for large-animal surgeries, physical examination and diagnostics, a large-animal intensive care unit, and a state-of-the-art swimming pool for animals needing physical therapy.

 

American Structurepoint civil/site services included grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, and permitting. Green infrastructure included infiltration basins, bioswales, native vegetation, reduced heat island effect, transportation connectivity, and bicycle facilities.
