Core 5 – West Jefferson, I-70 Industrial Park

This project included civil engineering design site plans and boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, as well as a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), landscaping, easement descriptions and exhibits, and construction administration for a 1.1-million-sft industrial facility.

The project is located at 70 Enterprise Parkway in West Jefferson, Ohio off of CR 29 (Urbana-West Jefferson Road) within the Park 70 Industrial Park, less than a mile from Interstate 70.

The Logistics Center Building is a 1.12-million-sft cross-dock facility, 40-foot clear height, with 116 dock doors and 4 drive-in doors, with the potential future expansion of an additional 24 dock doors. The 62.4-acre site has a dedicated semi-trailer access loop drive, associated parking (376 standard passenger spaces and 504 Trailer spaces), with a potential guard house and security fence.
