American Structurepoint’s architects participated in the development of a new 15,000-square-foot ophthalmology facility for Center for Sight in Creekside Corporate Park in Zionsville, Indiana. The single-story facility is designed to accommodate the practice’s current clinical operations while providing flexibility for future growth, including the potential addition of a four-operating-room ambulatory surgery center.

Thoughtful planning and efficient site utilization were central to the project, which spans multiple lots within the corporate park. The design emphasizes adaptable clinical spaces, efficient operations, and a welcoming environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care. By planning for future expansion from the outset, the facility positions Center for Sight to respond to evolving healthcare needs while continuing to serve patients throughout the region.

Investing in Community Health and Growth

The approximately $13 million development represents a significant investment in the health and economic vitality of Zionsville and the surrounding Central Indiana communities. As Center for Sight relocates and expands its operations, the new facility will increase access to specialized eye care services and create an estimated 35 to 50 healthcare jobs. The planned future surgical capabilities will also provide an opportunity to expand services as patient needs grow.
