CampusParc Capital Program Management

American Structurepoint was retained by CampusParc (CP) in an Owner's Representative role to manage and develop baseline assessment data and associated planning, construction document preparation, bid administration, and construction inspection and administration for all surface lots and related drainage, as well as parking garage structures serving the students, faculty, and staff of The Ohio State University (OSU).

American Structurepoint provided construction administration services on various projects for CampusParc on The Ohio State University’s main campus. The construction projects included parking garage rehabilitation, parking lot reconstruction, sealing and striping programs, as well as task-order inspections of drainage facilities and roadway repairs.

The administration included the bidding procedures, contractor selection, field inspection of all work items, RFIs, pay requests, field verification, and project closeout. In 2015, we rehabilitated the Arps Garage for a $2.4 million renovation and rebuilt 6 parking lots and sealed and striped over a dozen parking lots. In 2016, we rehabilitated the Northwest Parking Garage for a $1 million renovation and reconstructed 3 parking lots, as well as sealing and striping of over a dozen lots. In 2017, we completed another $1 million rehabilitation of the North Union Parking Garage, reconstructed 6 lots, sealed and striped over a dozen parking lots, as well as numerous concrete and roadway task order repairs each year.
