Ayrshire Farms Single-Family Subdivision

American Structurepoint led the civil engineering, surveying, and environmental efforts, converting a private 12-acre parcel into a 30-lot boutique residential subdivision on the outskirts of Dublin. Our site development team coordinated the effort of private and public improvements, ensuring seamless integration into the greater Ballantrae community.

The project scope included a private site improvement plan, public road widening, and extensions of infrastructure such as public water mains and sanitary sewers. Stormwater management was addressed in compliance with local regulations, incorporating both privately and publicly maintained facilities to optimize efficiency. An extension of the community bike path was provided along the exterior of the project.
