American Structurepoint is providing architecture, interior design, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and structural engineering services for a 3-story, 166-unit senior living facility providing independent living, assisted living, and memory care options in Auburn, Indiana. The Astral of Auburn responds to the rural area around it as a contemporary beacon with traditional values. Every design decision at this facility is driven by the resident expectation for high-end, elegant design. The facility is separated into three areas of varying care, providing a full-service, continued care community of independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

Our design provides for user-centric, sustainable, and hospitality-driven alternatives to the institutional model of senior living healthcare. Amenities include a theater room, wellness hub, restaurant-style dining or dining on demand, an internet/café bistro/bar, social gathering areas, and activity-based destinations.
