American Structurepoint provided engineering design and land surveying services for this 158-acre, 458-lot Silver Stream single-family subdivision in Lawrence, Indiana. Our services began with a yield plan and due diligence services, followed by performing the overall grading and drainage design. Land survey services included due diligence, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, a topographic survey, platting, construction staking, and infrastructure as-builts.
