Scott Pabian, PE

Scott is experienced in structural design of both new construction and renovation projects for a wide variety of building types along with investigation of distress and assessment of such buildings. Scott has designed reinforced concrete, steel facilities, and fiber polymer composite assemblies. He has also managed construction of industrial and commercial facilities such as offices, manufacturing facilities, and entertainment venues. He has performed assessments of facilities in numerous sectors including parking garages, warehouses, schools, hospitals, and residential properties. He specializes in structural analysis, property condition assessments, failure investigations, property loss cause and origin investigations, and storm damage assessments.
