Reece Otsuka, PE

Reece is a project manager in the Investigative Group, responsible for many different types of forensic engineering investigations involving building systems for residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. His responsibilities include on-site investigation and evaluation of structures and their components and preparation of technical reports. Reece has specialized experience in assessing hail and wind damage to roofing components.
