Federal Sector Leader

Matt is responsible for designing, leading, and managing American Structurepoint’s most important projects in the federal market.  His responsibilities include land planning, programming, space planning, building design, and overall project coordination. Matt has implemented design solutions to address antiterrorism force protection (ATFP), Green Globe Guiding Principles, and LEED certification. Over the course of Matt’s impressive career, he has provided architectural design and leadership on more than 80 federal projects throughout the US, and on these projects he has collaborated with the Department of Veterans Affairs, National Guard, Army Corps of Engineers, General Services Administration, and the Air Force. Matt also has unique experience designing Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) to support the missions of our US Department of Defense. Matt’s incredible depth of architectural experience and unique understanding of the federal market allow him to provide a consistent overall project vision throughout all phases of a project to help his clients achieve their vision.
