Frank is a professional engineer with over 27 years of experience, earning an exceptional reputation in the Ohio transportation industry. As vice president, Frank develops strategies to increase growth across all market sectors in Ohio and collaborates with local public agencies to solve complex infrastructure challenges.

Frank has consistently excelled in every role he has held since joining our firm in 1998. Through his extensive background in planning, preliminary engineering, detailed design, and project management, he has gained a comprehensive understanding of programs, LPA processes, and funding procedures while working for both ODOT and LPAs, delivering some of their most ambitious and complex projects. Frank is also highly skilled in roundabout design and implementation, having led the planning, design, and execution of over 125 roundabout improvement projects across Ohio.

Frank’s hands-on approach extends through all the phases of a project’s development. His strong background in delivering infrastructure solutions provides the foundation for exceptional project leadership. He engages with stakeholders to fully understand the project background and issues to develop comprehensive solutions that best meet the unique project needs. He understands the balance of preparing cost-effective strategies while laying the foundation for the decision-making process.
