Community Revitalization of Lawrenceburg, Riverfront Master Plan

American Structurepoint led the City of Lawrenceburg through a collaborative process to create a Lawrenceburg Riverfront Master Plan and revitalize the downtown area. The master plan provided recommendations and implementation strategies to guide future investment along the riverfront and within the surrounding neighborhoods. Through brainstorming sessions, visioning workshops, and public input, American Structurepoint and Lawrenceburg’s leaders created a plan that reflects the community’s values and future vision for the renewed riverfront. This project earned the 2017 Outstanding Urban Planning Design Award from the Indiana Chapter of the American Planning Association.
