Community Revitalization of Greenhouse
Columbus, Ohio
American Structurepoint is working with Kaufman Development to develop and deliver a new health-centered facility. This project will be the third addition of Gravity and will consist of a new facility and renovation of an existing structure at the site. The redevelopment, known as Greenhouse, will include a 237,000 sft facility with 320 apartments, two courtyards, and space for two commercial tenants. The Greenhouse’s residential and commercial space, in the Franklinton neighborhood, will focus on residents’ mental health and well-being.
