Major Hospital BECx
American Structurepoint provided building enclosure commissioning services for Major Hospital. The project consisted of a 240,000-sft hospital building and renovation of a 2-story, 40,000-sft cancer center. Our investigative engineers were responsible for reviewing construction documents, writing recommendations for the certifying architect’s review, reviewing submittals and shop drawings associated with the exterior building enclosure components, and issuing written comments regarding compliance with design documents and manufacturers’ recommendations. Our engineering specialists also provided construction observation site visits and reports of conditions that needed to be addressed for the general contractor during construction.
