Consolidated Support Center, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base
Goldsboro, North Carolina
Airmen, family members, and civilians at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base now have a central location for in-processing, legal support, finance, and many other customer service needs, with this new $12.1 million Consolidated Support Center. As the lead designer on a design/build team, American Structurepoint managed and coordinated all design disciplines, as well as managed the LEED Gold certification process. Built on a site that was previously a wastewater treatment plant, the Consolidated Support Center is a 43,100-sft facility that serves more than 13,000 people. This consolidated facility includes Mission Support Group Headquarters, New Military Court Room, Contracting Squadron, Force Support Squadron, Comptroller Squadron, P-51D Mustang, and World War II/4FW Heritage Display.
