Task order completed under a 5-year IDIQ contract focused on the 1.6 million-sft (74-acre) facility. Services included architectural design, force protection, landscape architecture, civil/site, material planning, traffic engineering, and utility planning. The project will utilize BIM applications and pursue LEED® Certification with construction costs in excess of $55 million.
