Demolition of an existing, abandoned wastewater treatment plant on the shores of Lake Michigan involving developing a project manual and plans. The project included preparation of a Phase I/HTRW report and a Phase II report to document potential hazardous materials on site. The project was administered through USACE with a construction cost of $600,000.
