American Structurepoint applied multi-disciplinary expertise to the phased construction of this Indianapolis-based, mixed-use retail and commercial office development. The project included mass earthwork plans for more than 800,000 cubic yards of fill, relocation of the White River floodway, traffic impact/signal warrant analysis and signal, master storm drainage, and sanitary sewer plans. In addition, wetland mitigation was performed with jurisdictional wetlands/"waters of the US," including the permitting process and design of new wetland acreage.
