West Pavilion renovation of the cattle barn at the Indiana State Fairgrounds included changes to roofing, dormitory areas, and bathroom facilities. The most dramatic enhancement was the installation of new thermopane glass, aluminum-frame window systems.
East Pavilion, a brand new horse barn, was constructed to replace a 1930s model with modern facilities and thermal efficiency.
