The project included creation of multiple layouts attempting to maximize the development potential for a greenfield development site. The plan focused on establishing a base of retail, hotel, theatre, and outlots that are balanced with an acceptable complement of parking spaces, loading berths, open green space, landscaping, and hardscaping.
