ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTATION AND PERMITTING

Environmental documentation under NEPA includes investigation of a wide range of potential constraints. American Structurepoint has experience providing NEPA documents for the Federal Highway Administration through INDOT and ODOT, Housing and Urban Development (HUD), USEPA and the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, and the US Army Corps of Engineers. We have prepared a wide variety of documents, including Environmental Assessments (EA), Categorical Exclusions (CE), environmental overviews or Red Flag Analysis, documentation for Section 106 of the NHPA for historic structures, documentation of Section 4(f) (public parks, recreation, and historic properties), documentation for Section 7 and Section 10 of the Endangered Species Act, and karst studies.

In addition to our expertise in NEPA Documentation, American Structurepoint has extensive experience in permitting, including Section 404 Department of the Army and 401 Water Quality Certification, State Isolated Wetland Permitting, and Construction in a Floodway Permitting. Additionally, we routinely prepare Rule 5 Construction Sediment and Erosion Control Plans and permit applications and Rule 13 Stormwater Permitting (NPDES SWPPP).
