Our experience in working with construction firms in a design/build relationship goes back to the early stages of our existence.  In working with design/build firms, we have learned constant interaction and communication between all players in the design effort is of great importance.  This is true in greater measure when the project is fast tracked and foundation plans must be produced before the structural design is complete.  We have produced hundreds of designs under the design/build model and believe we are among the best at working in this environment.
