Part of a series of projects to rehabilitate the corridor from 75th Street to 38th Street in Indianapolis, this project involved resurfacing roads, reconstructing a railroad crossing, rehabilitating curbs and sidewalks, and adding left-turn lanes at Keystone Avenue, Kessler Boulevard, and 75th Street.
