Off-site infrastructure improvements for the Fishers Marketplace Planned Unit Development included design of approximately 0.43 mile of new 5-lane divided roadway along 131st Street from Parkside Drive to Cumberland Road and approximately 0.42 mile of an added right-turn lane and new intersection along SR 37. Improvements include new asphalt pavement, concrete curb and gutter, multi-use asphalt path, storm sewer system, street lighting, traffic signals, a 3-sided culvert extension, and landscaping.
