Conducted exterior envelope assessments of eight buildings on two of Eli Lilly’s Indianapolis campuses. The main objective of the assessments was to develop a baseline condition of exterior components of the various facilities. This information was utilized to develop a capital maintenance plan also known as a physical needs assessment. For this project, our efforts focused on building components that comprised the exterior envelope. This included roofs, facades and veneers, and the door and window systems. The use of thermal imaging equipment was also utilized on this project to identify areas of water infiltration.
