A church sustained damage from a hot water boiler explosion. American Structurepoint conducted an origin and cause investigation to determine the cause of the failure. The more than 2000 pound boiler was found approximately 50 feet down a hallway from the mechanical room. Over 100 items were tagged, located and plotted using a survey total station, and collected as evidence.
