Project included complete plan and document review and on-site assessment of buildings, grounds, equipment and utility tunnels operated by the State Office Building Commission (SOBC) at the Madison State Hospital. At completion of initial assessment, American Structurepoint prepared a comprehensive property condition report that included general conditions systems and components, a listing of current deficiencies and a 15-year capital replacement study of costs to be used for budgeting purposes.
