American Structurepoint led the expansion of the existing 0.36-MGD treatment facility to 1.2-MGD capacity. The preliminary design included the preparation of material mass balances, hydraulic profiles, structure configuration and geometry, and equipment performance specifications to enable the development of a project budget. Improvements included a program to provide aerobic digestion and storage of waste-activated sludge, a sludge press, material handling equipment, and a load-out dock and storage area.
