As part of the Argosy Casino project in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, this state-of-the-art floodgate was constructed to replace a 1945 version. The new floodgate, designed to protect the city from a 500-year flood, requires only ten minutes and a 2-man crew to operate and helped the city acquire funding to renovate its remaining floodgates.
