This award-winning 6-level parking facility is a continuously ramping single helix with 2-way traffic designed for 90-degree ramped self-parking. It is arranged such that circulation is at maximum efficiency, including a double-lane entrance and exit. Designed to park 500-cars (including nine handicap-accessible spaces), this facility incorporates 'store fronts' to mimic neighboring shop entrances, colored precast to emulate brick fa'ades, and a 'crown' element to top off the 'buildings.' The downtown ambiance and continuation of the streetscape played important roles in the design of this facility.
