American Structurepoint performed extensive renovations to an existing 70,000-sft retail shopping center to accommodate new Dick's Sporting Goods and Linens 'n Things stores, including an 11,260-sft addition framed with steel joists and load-bearing masonry walls, new 2,500-sft interior storage mezzanine, two new entrance canopies, and new rooftop mechanical units. This project, delivered through the design/build method, breathed new life into an aging retail center adjacent to Turfway Park horse-racing facility in northern Kentucky.
