This award-winning 2-story medical office building sits on an approximately 5-acre site. The building design features a brick and limestone exterior with glazed tile accents, aluminum ribbon windows, aluminum curtain wall entry, barrel-vaulted canopy, 2-story entry lobby with barrel-vaulted roof structure, tenant space for multiple tenants, public toilet rooms and maintenance space, two elevators, and a grand central stair. The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering was delivered by means of a design-build process. The site and building are designed to accommodate additional square footage to bring the total building square footage to approximately 50,000.
