Responding to a growing demand for an on-campus housing alternative, Purdue-Calumet commissioned development of a student-centered complex for apartment-like living. Phase I of this project included the design of a 4-story, 117,000-sft student housing building and a 6,000-sft community building. Phase II consists of a second 117,000-sft student housing building.
