Infrastructure for 110 acres associated with phase 3 of the Saxony Commercial District (a Traditional Neighborhood Development) and the Saxony TIF District included reconfiguration of the Saxony Regional Detention Area, as well as design of approximately 6,500 lft of public street, 6,000 lft of sanitary sewer mains, 10,500 lft of storm sewer (including reconstruction and realignment of the Exit 10 Regulated Drain), and 7,500 lft of water main. The project scope included coordination and preparation of public bid documents and construction administration for all mass earthwork, road, and utility infrastructure, landscaping, lighting, and irrigation.
