American Structurepoint is teaming with CSO Architects as one of the lead designers for the Indiana National Guard’s 680-person Operational Readiness Training Center Complex. This complex consists of eight 2-story barracks buildings housing 1,200 soldiers, two bachelors officers quarters (BOQ) holding 160 officers, and a 19,000-sft dining facility. The design includes planning considerations for future battalion and company headquarters, TEMF, and organizational parking. This complex is the first to be built on a new North Post at Camp Atterbury. Additional considerations include extensive antiterrorism force protection (AT/FP) requirements, which require the establishment of a controlled perimeter, vehicle entry, and guard house.
