In order to maximize the size of the retail, hotel, theater and outlots, American Structurepoint created multiple layouts with a complement of parking spaces, loading berths and open green space, as well as the relocation of roadways. The layout, which calls for about 650,000 square feet of building and roughly 4,000 parking spaces, emphasizes safe pedestrian movement with planters, tree-lined boulevards, fountains, benches and changing pavement types.
