This new facility will include a 6-story, 164-room hotel with stunning views out onto the Ohio River.  It is located above a 2-story, 1,100-seat multi-purpose performance space with other typical supporting amenities located in an event space and hotel setting. Based on the design development progress recently, the event center will contain approximately 114,000 sft of usable space. The main, multi-purpose room has been designed to accommodate over 1,100 people in a concert setting and around 850 people in a banquet setting. In addition to this large, 19,000-sft space, there are three large ballrooms at 2,500 sft each, three additional large meetings rooms (1,700 sft each), three smaller meeting rooms (750 sft each), as well as generous pre-function and lobby spaces to accommodate overflow gatherings that have amazing views out into the heart of the downtown.
