American Structurepoint is the engineer for the master developer for the 100-acre Fishers Marketplace project at the northeast corner of SR 37 and 131st Street. American Structurepoint coordinated the reconstruction of the Krause and Klepfer Legal drain with the Hamilton County Surveyor's office and also provided mass earthwork plans that resulted in a balanced site. With the mass earthwork plan, American Structurepoint also provided a master utility layout, master drainage plan, and overall conceptual site plan. American Structurepoint is also the engineer for the planned Parkside Drive extension, which will extend to the north through the site. This project has required extensive coordination between the Town of Fishers and the owner, including the establishment of a TIF district, PUD zoning, a PUD zoning amendment, public road improvement coordination including State Road improvement coordination with INDOT, and extensive utility design and coordination including an on-site lift station and mile-long sanitary sewer forcemain.
