Shoe Carnival, a rapidly growing footwear retailer, needed to relocate and expand its corporate offices. American Structurepoint performed the structural engineering for this new 2-story, 60,000-sft building located on a 9-acre site on the northeast side of Evansville. A 6,000-sft patio behind the building overlooks a new water feature and walking path. The new facility is designed to allow for future growth.
