High profile sites inevitably require rezoning and approval from multiple local governments. American Structurepoint helped Clarian rezone its 105-acre site in Carmel, Indiana, from industrial to Planned Unit Development. The project ' which is divided by a 4-lane road ' encompasses about 60 acres. After designing the drainage and utility master plan to ensure flexible future development, American Structurepoint delineated wetlands and developed plans for sanitary sewer and water line extensions, as well as a storm water pumping station design, erosion control plans, and a parkway.
