American Structurepoint worked with the owner and their preferred contractor to develop the most cost-effective and enjoyable health and wellness centers possible—each with their own unique character. For each facility, our design team developed innovative layouts with atmospheres different from the "typical" senior assisted living community. Interiors evoke sensory memories and connections to "Main Street USA"—the sights and smells you get from walking down any small town street in America. The buildings are spacious and bright, with day-light radiating in through exaggerated windows and corridors, also giving a warm glow at night. Stone veneer and decorative trim pieces accent selected features, while overhangs and canopies stream overhead at high-traffic entrances. By focusing on an inviting aesthetic for visitors and inhabitants receiving rehabilitation and short-term care, we have created an environment that gives residents a sense of community and a place they’re happy to call home.
