This urban railroad grade separation project at the Indiana and Ohio Railroad includes Steps 1 through 4 of the ODOT Project Development Process (PDP). It will identify conceptual alternative solutions, including a no-build option with cost estimates for all alternatives. The scope of services includes a public involvement meeting, stakeholder coordination, preparation of a Purpose and Need Statement, creation of a project website, preparation of an Existing and Future Conditions Report, Red Flag Summary, and preparation of a Final Planning Study Report.
