American Structurepoint has served as the District’s engineer since 1992. Responsibilities include development of a plan to service the District, expansion of the plan, guiding the District through the procurement process to develop the system by privatization of the WWTP and collection system, review of developer plans, oversight of the privatized provider, construction observation managment, and providing technical guidance to help the Board cope with the stress of rapid population growth within the District.
