American Structurepoint has served as the District’s engineer since 2000. Responsibilities include development of master plans, review of developer plans, construction observation, assistance in operations of WWTP and collection system, overseeing maintenance of a digital sewer map with a long-range goal of using GIS to maintain the collection system data. Also assisted in budgeting and rate determinations, addressing sewer inquiries from home owners and developers, and attending public meetings.
