American Structurepoint provided an engineering alternatives study for approximately 2.5 miles of roadway to eliminate an unsafe curve. The study included design alternatives for the roadway and the culvert and cost estimates for right-of-way and construction for each alternative. The two-lane roadway was widened to a three-lane section and the project included preparation of plans for the roadway, barriers, drainage, and right-of-way.
