Stormwater flooding in yards and at the edges of the roadway pavement caused extensive erosion to the roadway fill slope and fill over the existing waterline, causing extensive waterline breaks. American Structurepoint provided engineering services to study the causes of the stormwater problems and recommend improvements to eliminate the flooding problem, including a hydrologic and hydraulic study, ditch analysis and erosion prevention, and storm sewer design. Construction plans and specifications were prepared for the recommended improvement. American Structurepoint coordinated extensively with adjacent property owners to address their concerns.
