This project realigned 1.3 miles of two-lane roadway, including a new at-grade signalized intersection at Home Road. The project also included widening of 2,500' of Home Road to accommodate additional turn lanes at the intersection of Home Road with Liberty Road. Also included were stormwater design and analysis of culverts (including the extension of a three-sided ConSpan arch culvert), ditches, and ditch erosion protection using HYDRA. The scope of services included preparation of construction plans for roadway, drainage, a traffic signal, signing and pavement markings, and maintenance of traffic, as well as preparation of right-of-way plans and right-of-way acquisition.
