This 10-story, 347,000-sft office building adds premium office space to a high-visibility site in this thriving community. The building is clad with a precast concrete and glass curtain wall façade and features a 5-story-high atrium and elevator tower connection to an adjacent parking structure.  Design of this structure was provided under a design-build arrangement in conjunction with the project steel fabricator, with guaranteed pricing set prior to start of design. Attention to cost control throughout design was a key element to the success of this project.
